How do I obtain a copy of an image?

Photographic copies can be obtained from Tower Hamlets Local Studies and Archives (there is a charge for this service) or a maximum of 5 digital copies can be emailed to you. If you would like to use the images for publication or display please contact us at localhistory@towerhamlets.gov.uk

Description:

The Kinchin brothers: On the right: Dan, (14 February 1893-1 October 1974), and left, Sam, (9 December 1894-5 April 1966). Both lived at No. 2 Laura Cottages, Millwall, Isle of Dogs, and afterwards at No.325 Westferry Road. Dan became a caretaker at Cutler's and Sam was a crane driver there.May Bradley on right, who married Dan, (b. 6 May 1892); and Annie Malcolm on the left who married Sam, (11 Decemember 1904-13 February 1985). The photograph was taken c1923; they often went out in a foursome and on this occasion had just been to Sunday Mass at the Guardian Angels R.C. Church, Mile End, when Dan suddenly decided that a photograph should be taken. by Marie Vincent
