This is a copy of a postcard sent to Lucy May Blunden at No 5 Malabar Street, E14, from Guernsey, 19th August 1939, by Scout Master Roland Dowlen. He was shortly afterwards sent over to France (his mother was French) where he was captured and shot as a spy.
