Lollar Wharf was at the end of Union Street of Westferry Road; nearby was the Union Beer House, also known as the Pin and Cotter. The men in the photograph were said by the donor to be setting off on the Lollar Wharf outing. In the centre is her father “Giant” James (Jimmy) Harvard; the family lived in Westferry Road.
