We offer cookery courses from around the world, and also qualifications for those working in the catering industry. Our 'Big Cooks Little Cooks' offers a great chance for parents, carers and guardians to learn cookery with their child.
Learn Cookery for Yourself
Our courses will give you the basics in cooking from many of the world’s great cuisines. Discover the spices, ingredients, tips and tricks to make your cooking stand out from the crowd. By the end of each course, you’ll be able to cook several classic and delicious dishes.
Family Cooking
Learn together how to make delicious treats or wholesome healthy dishes. There are no tuition fees for our ‘Big Cooks Little Cooks’ course but please bring ingredients and involve your child in shopping as part of the learning process. The tutor will tell you all about this at your first session. For health and safety reasons only one child, aged 8 – 11 years, per adult may enrol.
