Online Catalogue
The user friendly online catalogue gives you details of all titles in stock in Tower Hamlets and our London Libraries Consortium partners.
You will find details of books, CDs, DVDs, language courses and maps.
The catalogue tells you in which libraries and Idea Stores the titles are held, and whether they are currently available for you to borrow or reserve. You will also find descriptions and reviews of books and the option to buy new books from Amazon.
Searching the catalogue
You can search the whole catalogue or just a selected section. You can choose to search by format, for example paperback, hardback, DVD.
Your membership account
You can check your personal details, loans history, reservations and what items you have on loan and renew them. You will need a PIN number to do this: staff in any library or Idea Store will be pleased to provide you with your PIN number.
Reserving items
You can reserve up to five items from home and we will let you know by email when they are ready to collect. If the item is in stock in Tower Hamlets or in any London Libraries Consortium library there is no charge for reserving it.
Make sure that your details are up-to-date and that we have your email address.
There will be no need to pay fines ever again
If we have your email address we can let you know just before an item is due back so you have a chance to renew it yourself from home.
