Capture Tower Hamlets
Tuesday 8 November - Saturday 24 December 2011
An exhibition of photographs capturing a wide range of views of contemporary Tower Hamlets in the run-up to 2012. The finalists were selected by a panel of judges from over 250 entries to a photography competition ran by the library during the summer seeking snapshots of life and landscape in the borough at this unique point in its history.
The project is funded by Heritage Lottery Fund and forms part of Hackney Museum's Mapping The Change project. www.capturetowerhamlets.org
