The Arbour offers FREE ESOL and Life Skills classes to women with No Recourse to Public Funds across Tower Hamlets.
The ESOL course is especially designed to improve women’s ability and confidence to use English and access local services independently.
All of the classes are women only and delivered by trained and experienced tutors.
