Your local Idea Store or library has a range of services for children of all ages including: Activities & EventsAn exciting programme of fun events and activities runs throughout the year. BookstartIt is never too early to introduce children to books and reading through the national Bookstart scheme. Help with homeworkNeed help finding answers to your homework or a place to study? While all Idea Store and library staff will help with individual homework enquiries, why not come along to one of our Homework clubs. These drop-in sessions for children aged 8 - 16 years can be found at Bethnal Green Library, Watney Market Library, Idea Store Bow, Idea Store Chrisp Street and Idea Store Whitechapel.
| Reading SchemeChildren can take part in the national Summer Reading Scheme which is extended to include children under 5 years old and teenagers up to the age of 16 years. School Class VisitsLocal schools are welcome to bring groups of children into the Idea Store or library as part of their class visits programme.
