Library MembershipIt is free to join the Idea Store, and for children and young people under 16 there are no charges for requests or overdue books. | Reading Groups Exciting reading groups for children. Reading groups take part in the Tower Hamlets Book Award choosing and voting for their favorite books. Reading Is Fundamental, UK (RIF) is a National Literacy Trust initiative, which helps children and young people realise their potential by motivating them to read. Reading SchemeChildren can take part in the national Summer Reading Scheme which is extended to include children under 5 years old and teenagers up to the age of 16 years.School Class VisitsLocal schools are welcome to bring groups of children into the Idea Store or library as part of their class visits programme.
