Are you worried about climate change or your impact on the environment?

Do you want to take a positive approach to becoming more green?

During Green Week visit your local Idea Store to 
•    browse and borrow books on green issues suitable for children and adults  
•    discover how to download national and international newspapers and magazines for FREE with your Idea Store card. 
 

Green Week event

Join us on Friday for a morning packed with informative and environmentally friendly activities, including:

  • Make your own environment pledge
  • Free cycle training & energy saving tips
  • Build your own pizza or animal crackers with plant-based ingredients - a family fun activity with Made in Hackney
  • Liveable streets - help us improve public spaces
  • The Human Relief Foundation talk about the impact of  climate change in Bangladesh
  • Home composting & wormery
  • Sunny Jar Eco Hub - low waste living
