January

Book Break
Sit back and relax as we read stories and poems together and enjoy a shared reading experience. Talk about the issues and topics raised over a cup of tea and biscuits. In recognition of Holocaust Memorial Day, this month we will be reading short stories by Jewish authors Franz Kafka and Philip Roth.

Art Club [Ages 5+]
In this weekly session we explore art and art-based techniques, find out about famous artists and look at how illustrations complement and enhance a story. This January we will be making New Year’s Resolution posters. What changes are you going to make this year?
