Information and Support
In line with Government advice, the Idea Stores and libraries are closed and Idea Store courses are suspended until further notice.
Course outlines give more information about what will be covered during each course.
We can provide advice to help you find the best course to enrol on and can give you further guidance during and after your course. If needed we can help you with funding applications.
If you want to join an ESOL class (English for Speakers of Other Languages) you will need to have a one-to-one interview with an ESOL specialist who will find the right course for you.
If you have a learning difficulty and/or have a disability there is extra support available to help you get the most out of your course.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to a member of staff in an Idea Store and we will get you the information you need.
