Terms and Conditions

By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions.
The prize draw is being run by London Borough of Tower Hamlets and facilitated by Idea Stores, London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Eligibility to enter

The prize draw is open to school age children up to the age of 18, or those with special educational needs up to 25 that register the event stamps that they have collected at Summer of Fun events.
All participants must live or go to school in Tower Hamlets.
Participants must have registered their stamps at an Idea Store or library before the 14^th September 2025 to be eligible to enter.
The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

To enter the prize draw simply visit any of the events that are listed as giving a Summer of Fun stamp. Collect a stamp at the event in your booklet. Register your stamp by visiting an Idea Store or Library before the 14^th September 2025.
Idea Stores will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

Gold Level (20+ stamps collected)	1 x Be Well 3 month membership	A Be Well 3 month membership for you and a parent or friend (over 16s). Up to 12 year olds - free Swimming and 1 soft play Between 12 and 15 - Junior Gym and Swimming Aged 16+ - Gym, Swimming and Group Exercises
	1 x Tennis Vouchers	Can be redeemed for a free place on one of our term time Mini Tennis or Junior programmes. This can be at any venue of their choosing for the appropriate age group. Programmes typically are 5,6,or 7 weeks so is equivalent to 5,6 or 7 free lessons.

The total number of prizes is 24.
Winners will be drawn at random depending on which category they fall in. For example 11 people who meet the Bronze criteria will be chosen at random to receive a Bronze level prize. Prizes will be allocated in the order they are listed.
The use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
All prizes are subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions of the gift provider.
The decision of Idea Store regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

The winner will be notified after 14 September 2025 via the email provided during subscription.
Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified due to the volume of entries.
Idea Stores will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Idea Stores reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Winners will be invited to a celebration event where they will be presented with their prize. If you cannot attend we will post the prize to you.
